Guidelines For Abstract Submission
- Abstract submissions will be accepted through the online portal.
- Abstracts submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
- Abstracts sent through post/email will not be considered for review and presentation.
- Each delegate can submit only one abstract under each of the category mentioned below as the presenting author.
Abstract once submitted cannot be modified.
Abstracts should comply with the following guidelines.
- Language: English only
- Structure:
- Oral Presentations: Introduction, Aims and Objectives, Materials and Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
- Poster Presentations: Introduction, Case Description, Discussion, and Conclusions
- Video presentation: Introduction, Description, Discussion and Conclusions.
- Word Limit: 300 words
- Scientific Merit: Abstracts must demonstrate sound scientific methods and contain original work of the author.
Please Note
- The name of the person or the institution should not be mentioned in the body of the abstract to enable blinded review.
- Photos, tables and graphs are not allowed.
- Submission of the scientific work published in any format in any national or international journals before or have been accepted for publication before the abstract submission closing date.
- Presentation of the same abstract delivered before in any format in any previous national or international scientific meetings.
- Submission of incomplete work. Result(s) or outcome(s) should be mentioned in the abstract. Plans for work without evidence or results do not usually constitute an adequate abstract.
Review process
- Acknowledgement of receipt of abstract will be sent via email.
- The abstracts will be reviewed online by experts’ panel through an unbiased, blinded selection process.
- The final category of presentation is decided by the review process and the abstract committee.
- The Abstract committee holds the sole right to accept or reject abstracts, to assign oral platform or poster presentation and to decide on the final slot allocation.
- Limited number of abstracts will be accepted for Oral presentation.
- Abstracts, submitted for Oral, may be allotted for Poster Presentation without the consent of the primary author.
